Fruit salad with ice cream

Not had this for quite some time. We had a restaurant just a10 minute ride away but that is now closed
Most of the fruits in the fruit salad with ice cream used to be grapes, cherries, jelly, bits of papaya, bits of figs.
A relaxed evening spent in this restaurant watching the traffic passing by is a memory that comes flashing.
That favourite corner that I occupy to have some me time is where such memories come to life. I have countless of them.
These days I make ice cream at home and the last I made was mango ice cream But just the ice cream with no fruits.
Talking about ice creams what I really want is to get some chocolate ice cream. We get family packs and that will last for a few days
Felt like having a chat about ice creams - my favourite next to chocolates Nothing can take the place of chocolates. .

I like salted caramel or Vanilla Bean ice cream.

Never tasted salted caramel and Vanilla is one flavour I do not like even in other desserts including cakes I prefer cinnamon.

@DaddyEvil Fruits are eaten with ice cream when one is hungry. It is kind of filling unlike plain ice cream

@allknowing Salted caramel is delicious... and sometimes I eat Vanilla Bean with strawberry syrup. I don't like fruit in my ice cream.

The fruit salad with ice cram looks absolutely delicious. I’ve never have fruit with ice cream just yogurt. The last ice cream I ate was moose tracks.

@allknowing hmm I’m not sure it’s got vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup throughout and little like Reeces cups.

Straw berries with whipped cream would be my choice too but I am not much for Vanilla essence.

@allknowing I like real vanilla beans, not fake vanilla essence. When I make my own plain ice cream I do not even add vanilla, I like it plain.
