My little 'walk' is a messy squiggle on the map!!

Usually, when my daughter has her play time, I sit on the stands and watch her. Today, I decided to use 15 min to walk around next to where they played and tracked my movements on strava. It was a mess! My aimless loitering ended up as a messy squiggle on the map! I don't think that this kind of walking is useful, but it all adds up,!!

Any exercise, even aimless walking, is still exercise and does help. I'm glad you had time to go walking.

@pitstop I think your little girl will keep you too busy to be very organized for now.

Of course it all adds up. But it is a bit messy. Next time you could aim to make it a bit neater.

You don't need long walks always. Even light regular steps hereand there everyday gives your legs a good circulation.

@pitstop It's the same with me. I don't like sitting in a place for long.

Anything you can do is good for you. I put in half the effort on my workouts today then I normally do, but I got up.
