A restaurant rewards a server for worked for them for 38 years with a dream car

Ray's On The River which is a restaurant located in Atlanta Georgia gave a server named Lynne Gomez who worked for the restaurant since 1985 a reward by giving her on her retirement party a dream car as her reward for doing her job by making customers comfortable during her time employed with the restaurant.
Lynne's retirement party took place at the restaurant on Saturday. Lynne's dream auto is a Mazda Miata.
Lynne who is married plans to move to Florida with her husband so she can enjoy her retirement which she earned.

The only time that I know when an employer rewards their employees for many years of service is the owners od major sports teams.
