Jay is Putting a Bid in For This Lot

Before a person can purchase property, they need to put a bid in. This means, we make a fair offer on the piece of land, for the seller to accept or reject. If that bid is too low, the seller will promptly let us know. And if our bid is high, that's something the owner will jump on in two seconds. With this being a holiday weekend, Bill(the realtor)will be calling us back about this. He's out of town for the weekend, spending time with his family members. He's out of the office, of course. I'm not worried any more. The phone call has been made, to get the ball rolling in the right direction. All the business dealings will be strictly between Jay and Bill. I have no idea how it's done. It's the first step towards buying this lot. Jay worked in the building business for over twenty years. So, I'm trusting him fully to take care of this. I will sign all the legal documents, wherever my John Doe is needed. Photo: Mine
