Waking up with a headache is not a good morning at all. Nevertheless, I am still grateful that I am alive and awake to face the day and to see the sun.
The sun! Yes, it's a sunny Thursday morning here and glad to see the sun as it was too shy to show itself yesterday. I do understand when the sun tries to rest sometimes and not show up during the day. It probably had a day off.

@LadyDuck WE only have two seasons. The dry and the rainy season. Summer is from the second or last week of February until the first week of May. Rainy season follows thereafter.

How does July look there?
It's rainy season here so what you've described is a typical July here.

@toniganzon - July is usually the hottest month of the year and also a dry month. It's Friday morning and it's clear and sunny this morning. We have a warning for very hot days from today until Wednesday. We should get a thunderstorm on Wednesday afternoon. We do not have a rainy season. Summer is from 21st July until 21st September, but the very hot months are July and August.

@RubyHawk As long as I see the country or state next to a person's username, I don't get confused.

@toniganzon At times too when I wake up feeling hot and sweaty in the morning then I would have mini headaches and would disappear once my body is able to adapt to the climate.

@rsa101 that would be very uncomfortable. That's why we have the ac on. The heat can really disturb ones sleep.

I would sometimes wake up with a headache after having a dream. Hope you're better now.

@almostoveryou That's quite odd. I always remember my dreams and I've had those kind of dreams you mentioned but none made my head ache.

@toniganzon if it's an action-packed dream or something quite perplexing or bizarre, I would usually wake up with a slight headache. it doesn't last long though. i would usually get better after drinking a glass of water and getting off the bed.

One sign of not drinking enough water is a headache. I drink a full glass of water when I wake up every day. Sometimes I put a spritz of lemon juice in it

I drink lots of water in a day. So I'm pretty sure that wasn't the cause of it.

@lifecoachjerusalem I love green tea. And my headache went away very quick. I woke up with it but it didn't last long. All I had to do was get out of bed.

The headache went away. Didn't even last for an hour. I just needed to get out of bed and move a bit.

sometimes headache is caused by indigestion. Once you show the doctor he will be able to tell you

I don't think it was due to indigestion. It went away pretty fast.
