Northern Lights, also known as aurora borealis, could appear in several states next Thursday, July 13. It will be visible in areas such as Halifax (Nova Scotia), Boston, Chicago, and Cleveland on Wednesday. But the Geophysical Institute at the University of Alaska at Fairbanks is saying that the aurora borealis will visible across Washington, Idaho, Montana, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Michigan, Maryland, Maine, New York and Wisconsin. Even Vancouver British Columbia in Canada. It is best viewed between 10p. and 2a.
It's getting up in the triple digits in Nevada and Arizona already. Boise is in the high 90s and is forecasted to get up to triple digits this weekend. We may get thunderstorms next week. Please be sure to put it on the screen and wear a hat.
Here locally we are enjoying 50% more cherries this year after a slump in production the last couple of years. Yeah! and yum!
With this heat, I may not be on here much. My energy is pretty much nil and void. It is really affecting me negatively this year. Hope you are all doing well. I miss you all!

Thursday night I'll be in Hamilton again. Hope I remember to look and see if they're visible there.

We lived on Lake Erie for 7 years and saw the Northern Lights one night. It was really cool and eerie. Try and stay cool and have a good day.

I live in Halifax so I hope it's a clear night. The last major solar storm produced the Aurora lights that could be seen in western Nova Scotia but not in Halifax. Hopefully this time.
