Good morning from a temporarily cool day in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It will get up to 80 today. Much better than yesterday. It rained last night with thunder and lightning. I never would have noticed if my bladder hadn't woken me. Of course, when I got back to bed, the light and sound show put me right to sleep. I got up at 3:30 this morning.
Today is the Housing inspection. I finished cleaning this morning. The bathroom is done, and the sweeping is done. So, I can sit here and interact with you.
As for my plans for today, I'll be getting the notifications caught up and working on Guns of War.
For this morning's good news: I have Google downloaded and set up a screensaver. I found a theme I liked, so it doesn't open up to a blue screen.

The Housing inspection is once a year when my contract with them renews for another year. I might have another next week because the complex sold a few months ago. It's a bank inspection, but won't be every apartment. The inspection went very fast, less than five minutes.
I hope you got more packing done. When do you move?

We had quite a storm last night as well. Unfortunately, the flash floods have already taken a couple of lives. Hopefully, people will be a little more mindful now that the worst is over. I feel sorry for those unexpectedly caught up in such a bad situation.

@Marilynda1225 No, but we're having a Bank inspection next week because we're under new ownership. Housing inspects every year when it's time to renew the housing contract for another year. My year renews in September.

It'll go fast. Only five minutes. But they give you a window for the entire afternoon when they can show up. It makes things hard.
I love procrastinating. Today wasn't a day for it. But I have everything done, so I have nothing to feel guilty about for the rest of the day. I also have Writer's Guild today. I need to remember that. It's normally the first Tuesday, but that was the Fourth of July.

We're on our way to 90 for a high, right now it is 84. Glad you are getting your computer set up as you want it. Hope everything goes well with the inspection.
Watching some tennis right now as I do some work on the computer. I will be cooking in a little bit then the last night of VBS with teaching tonight. Tomorrow night we will have the commencement and a hot dog dinner.

I hope your inspection is quick and easy. I've been getting a black screen when I sign in on my computer. I can change it to the blue ribbon; but then it goes right back to the black. Strange. Enjoy your day.

I woke up and thought about why the apartment was so dark, I was an overcast and cloudy day and the rain has been mixing with sun all day long, I wrote up what I needed and I am ready to do more posting tomorrow, Best of luck to you with your book,
