We Took a Walk Around Some Property

Mark is a real estate broker. He and I graduated from high school in the same class.
Jay spoke with him today, about some property in Tawas City. We are still shopping around, to get the best choice possible for a good price.
Mark called Jay back and we are definitely interested in putting our bid in. What will that amount be? I'm not sure yet.
Jay and I took a walk around the property, it is exactly what we're looking for and it's within our price range, too. There's high ground at one point, that would be an ideal setting for a house.
Mark will get back with us tomorrow, to get the bid submitted for us. Gosh, I can't wait for all of this to be over and done with!
I'm getting impatient, which isn't a good quality to have. Anyway, we are just doing our best to get everything taken care of.

If things don't work out, I won't be mentioning what happened. I get depressed, discussing those issues.

I hate getting my hopes up, then the deal falls through for various reasons. I was depressed, but it went away!

Yes, I am aware of how the bidding war works, I've had to play that game in the past. I am sorry you don't have a lot yet, hopefully soon.

This property was perfect. Yet, it's commercial property, not residential.
