Cutlets

Most prepare cutlets from meat, fish, eggs and vegetables. The story of cutlets is that they were invented to use left overs. But we use fresh stuff to make them. For every type be it meat, fish, eggs and vegetables the most common ingredients that go with them are tomatoes, capsicums, onions,green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and last but the most important is binding stuff such as corn flour and potato mash . Cutlets are shallow fried and taste good with tomato ketch up. Are you a wise cook that you only use left overs for making cutlets? You will see I commented below to evilamericans about how different cutlets are in America but the kind of cutlets you have there look and sound very tasty. I like that they can be vegetarian

I like my cutlets make like chicken cutlet/ beef cutlet Japanese made. it has crunchy texture to give me more appetite
