Finalizing the Deal for a Lot

Jay is at City Hall, finding out what we need to do next. The woman who works there is very knowledgeable, about selling and purchasing property. We don't want to overlook anything, so this sale is completely done by the rules. The sale of our home, we trusted Cheryl to keep us informed. We ended up paying more money than we'd been told, which wasn't right. She was quite happy, but we weren't. Oh well, we learned our lesson by trusting people, instead of the Lord. It wasn't right and God knew this, better than we did. This is water under the bridge:) The lot we are purchasing is a private owner. He lives in Bay City and we're in total agreement about the price. There will be no realtor involved, expecting to get paid. Now, we need to meet at the Abstract Office, to sign all the legal documents. This will be when we receive the title, become the owners of this piece of property. I thank God that Jay is confident about this transaction. I'm backing off and trusting my husband to make sure everything is in order. Photo: Mine
