Defiance Ohio residents Niklaus and Kaul Meyer who celebrated their fourth and sixth birthdays respectively in a park last weekend were disappointed that despite invitations from their parents Ronny and Lacey Meyer.
I like the way that the parents view of the matter since they felt bad that their children were sad that no one showed up for their birthday party, they decided to use social media to invite members of their community to celebrate the birthdays of their children.
The members of the local fire department as well as an actor dressed as Spider-Man came to the park to make Niklaus and Kaul celebrate their birthdays which made them very happy.
Social media does have some good qualities after all.

I heard about this and am sad that no one showed up. I'm glad that the parents took charge and invited people via social media.

I am in agreement with you that the parents used social media to have their community come together to make their children happy on their birthday party.
