I'm Fixing Bacon and Eggs for Supper

I haven't had bacon in a long time. Since my cholesterol has been up a little, I stopped eating bacon. Yet, I do include pork chops or lean ham. Tonight, I'm fixing bacon and eggs for supper. I love eggs any time of day, especially with buttered toast and jam. This will be a special treat:) Tonight will be a good time to enjoy the cherry jam that Jay made. If he's eating, that's great. If he's not, that's great, too. I get sick of certain foods, but I've never gotten sick of eggs. How do I fix them? A variety of ways, with sunny side up being my favorite method. They sound good to me! I had Eggs Benedict the other day for the first time, and they were pretty good. I usually eat eggs, scrambled.

Someone told me that Eggs Benedict has a sour sauce over top. I'm not sure if I'd like it or not.

@kobesbuddy I didn’t taste anything sour, but it had bacon on it, so maybe that canceled it out?

@AmbiePam I've never heard of bacon on Eggs Benedict. You must have added that, on your own.

I love eggs cooked in whatever way, except sunny side up. I like my eggs well cooked.

I do so enjoy pork. I like eggs most of the time too. Omelets are a big favorite. I also like them scrambled with tuna missed into them. Enjoy your breakfast/ dinner.
