Dinner here is usually small. I heard somewhere that we should take the breakfast of a King, a normal lunch and a pauper´s dinner. I usually do that, but mainly because I´m lazy, specially during winter. At this hour it is dark and cold and I only eat what is easy to grab. Today I had some coleslaw salad left. It was delicioius and the dressing I made was out of this world. As it always happens, there was just a tiny bit left so I found it better. But later on I will eat a bit of chocolate cake. I am comfy in bed but I´m not sleepy at all. I can also eat some ham. I bought a lot because it was on sale. I´m wondering if smoked ham can be kept in the freezer or it will lose part of its flavour there. Leticia just called me. She told me that, provided it wasn´t raining next Sunday and if we were not with covid or something like that, she´d come for a visit. I´ll have to think about something to eat that does not have feathers or is called a veggie. Now I´ll go to read some of your posts. See you around.
