It is not quite 7 a.m. I would go back to bed but a roofer is coming to do a bid.
Updating our screen rolling progress:.
Our wire screening is not wide enough to do our storm doors, but is plenty wide to do the windows along the front that are torn out.
Fiberglass screen is easier to handle but it is also easier for people or cats to tear up.
I am going to take out trash, and move the van so the roofer will have a good place to park.
You can bet when he leaves I will go have a nap.
I think lunch today will be fruit smoothies. It is just too hot to cook much or eat much. It has really diminished Bob's appetite

My appetite goes out the door when it's really hot too. Chocolate at breakfast?? Way to go!

I am behind on my coffee. I need to go out to the kitchen and make some now. I would like to have some sort of screen for the front door so I could open it, the way I do with the back door which has a storm door with a screen at the top.

There's this food that I love to eat, Vietnamese spring roll. I love the rice paper. I would have cucumber, lettuce, carrots, and shrimp in it and would dip it in peanut sauce. So refreshing.
