Reading challenge

I've read 30 books so far this year. I still have two more books to read from the seven that I borrowed from the library so it will be 32 books once I am done. My goal for this year is to end with at least 66 books. I believe that was the number of books I read last year. My goal for 2022 had been 65 books. I still have a long way to go. I hope I will be able to reach it. Would love to read more than that though. How many books did you read so far this year? Do you have a reading goal for 2023?

I haven't read anything since 50 shade of Grey books came out...now when it comes to online, I read all kinds of stuff.

Good for you. I really don't take notice of how many I read but I always have a book I am rereading and read a bit before I go to sleep, Best of luck to you on your book goal,

I keep track of it on goodreads. I’ve not reread books in a while but I’m not opposed to it.

I used to read constantly, but since my eye surgery eight years ago, I just do not read much. I think I have read five or six books so far since January first. My sister has read 70 so far, and I think her goal was a hundred by the end of the year.

Reading five or six books is not bad. My husband doesn't read books at all. I've never seen him with a book.

I'm still trying to get back into the reading mood. I have a bookcase full of good books to read. I haven't read anything but magazines and newspapers so far this year. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
