A book that change my life

A few days ago, I was reading Mel Robbins' #5secondsrule and fell in love with how simple and powerful it can be. I, who am not proficient in English, dared to join MyLot because I wanted to challenge myself to improve my English skills. As always, everything is difficult when it starts, so by counting backwards from 5-4-3-2-1, here I am now. Thank God for bringing me to this book. I hope my life in the future will be better So what's your favorite book?

Same as @DaddyEvil, I do not have a favorite book. There are authors that I like more but not one specific book.

I have a few favorite books, but I can't list them all. My first favorite book is Zlata's Diary. I read it when I was 14 years old. I accidentally read it at the school library. The book is about an 11-year-old girl who writes in her diary about her life journey in Sarajevo during the Bosnian War. It was very touching and inspiring. Because of that book, I also wanted to write my daily life in a diary. I even named my diary, Mimy.

@Elnishaa I'm not as consistent as you think. Actually, I used to be very introverted. I didn't have many friends in school to share my stories with. I also didn't feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings with my parents. I guess that's why I started writing in a diary. But I stopped writing after graduating from high school. If you're interested in starting a diary, I would encourage you to do so. It's a great way to express yourself and to connect with your inner self. You don't have to write every day. Just when you feel like you need a place to tell your story without worrying about being judged. Keep writing!

I always want to be consistent in writing a diary but it's not as easy as I thought haha. How can you stay consistent?

I don't have favorite books. I have authors that I love to read but I don't have "favorites".

I don't have a favourite book. A book I've enjoyed recently, is called Elizabeth is Missing by Emma Healy. It's about a woman with Dementia. And it's a mystery story too.

I read lots of books but none of them have changed my life. Maybe I should try that one.

I love books. I read them without eyeing the Author since I like the content the most. Well, maybe if pick one of author I would choose Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I still try to make a mystery novel too so far because I like mystery novel.

I always loved Jonathan Livingston Seagull written by Richard Bach. It was the first every book that touched my emotions and that which I could relate to. It was life-changing in a sense that it made me braver and more confident with my life choices.

You are doing really well with your English. Interview with the vampire is one of my favourite books.
