Me and my son took time to harvest the giant passion fruit in our vine garden. This can be made into smoothie or cooked into jams or even icecreams.

I don't think I've ever eaten passion fruit. I have tried passion fruit juice and liked it, though.

Juice is the best way to preserve them in the refrigerator. I have lots of small size yellow variety passion fruit as of now.

I checked "Barbadine" online and it seems we don't have this here. There are really so many nice tropical fruits in your country

Barbadine unripe fruits can also be cooked as a veggie. Stirfried or in soup.

The passion fruits that we have grown were on vines as is seen in the photo. Never seen passion fruits of the size you have harvested.

You can check in the supermarket if there's any available. Or maybe only the juice and no fruits already.
