I have been reading about sauna belts for losing belly fat. By wearing this belt the fat transforms into sweat and thus gradually the belly fat will disappear.
I have belly fat and I am getting tempted to go for one but have no confidence as I am not aware if there are any side affects.
If any of you are using this kindly let us know how effective it has been.

You would be better going on a macrobiotic diet and exercising regularly.

@allknowing I'm on a macrobiotic diet. I lost weight because of that. I'd never use a sauna belt!

@sharonelton I think this belt is for those who want to reduce belly fat and not lose weight on the whole.

Sauna belts don't work. They will make you sweat but fat doesn't turn into sweat. You will, temporarily, lose weight because you're losing water in the form of sweat... But, as soon as you drink water, the weight comes back.

@sharonelton Every product that is sold always has reviews and surely those who have used it and found it useless may have given their opinion.
If it is that bad wonder why they still have permission to manufacture it

I have often wanted one of those when I was younger but never tried it.
