I Have a New Friend

I have been watching a lot of YouTube lately. There are so many interesting subjects(cats, the Victorian era, etc.) and I have been having a problem finding something to watch elsewhere.(I didn't actually see some recently that I will post about later). I have watched a lot about Scientology and there is sure a lot going on there right now. I met a gal that is an exSc and she is such a dear person. The entire EXScientology network on YT has such great people. I have subscribed to many of their pods, videos, whatever they are called.
She lives in Missouri and is such a fun character. I live such a lonely life it is nice to find people online that are interesting to watch and listen to. Stories about their lives in Scientology and their escapes. The gal that started it all(Leah Remini)has just a day or so ago filed legal proceedings against Scientology for all the harassment and such she has been receiving from them for years. This should be good.

I'm glad you've found something that holds your interest. I prefer watching things about animals or watching friends playing games online. I have fun teasing my friends about mistakes they make in their games.

You are a meany, aren't you? Yes, we all have our interests. I am just curious and Scientology has hurt so many families that I really want to see them come down.

@celticeagle No, not really. My friends know I'm teasing and they laugh along with me. They also keep trying to get me to join them in playing the games even though they know I don't play online games except different types of solitaire.
I understand. But I also know that the people trapped in Scientology did it to themselves so I don't feel very sorry for them. I do feel sorry for their children they drag into it with them, though.

Glad you’re enjoying your shows. I’ve read about Scientology and watched programs on TV. Those poor members are in a bad place. They are brain washed and hooked into the system. It’s hard to get out even when the learn they’ve been hood winked.

@RubyHawk .......They just had a couple of separate because she was pregnant. She was forced to have an abortion and he was kidnapped and taken across state lines which makes it a federal offense.

I watched it almost all day yesterday. The lawsuit will take a long time but should bring out some interesting stuff about Scientology.

@much2say .......She has spent years collecting evidence and has two of the best lawyers in their feild. So I am confident she will succeed. It will take years.

@celticeagle I know Leah Remini and her people will fight the fight . . . I just hope she wins her case. I'm just thinking that the organization is loaded with money and probably can afford the best lawyers for their side . . . it will make me so sick if they can twist their way out of this one.

Yes, Leah has been harassed for the TV show that she did. Did she also come out with a book? I'm glad you found another friend. I love my online friends here. Enjoy your weekend.
