I have been watching "The Doris Day Show" on the FYI channel on cable. She was such a sweet, dear person. Her show is pretty cute. It was from back in the 70s. In this episode, she is the secretary for this rich guy. He has her traveling all over the world and gets to a point where her two boys are being neglected because of it. The rich guy helps her get home when one of the boys comes up missing. A very good episode and I will watch it again.
I've seen most of her movies. She is so entertaining. Loved her voice. She was the wife of James Stewart in "The Man Who Knew Too Much". That was a good one.
Did you like her? Ever watched this show?

She was always in movies that weren't sexy or nasty.

@celticeagle She was usually the nice girl next door. Seems like there was some scandal connected to her at one time. Do you remember?

@RubyHawk .......Yes. I think it had to do with her son, Terry Melcher.

I don't remember seeing her show, I have seen a number of her movies. I know she was a lot smarter than a lot of people realised - wasn't she mayor of the town she lived in and I think she did very well financially. A bit like Lucille Ball and Goldie Hawn - the ditzy or sweet persona had an absolute steel frame underneath.
