A stranger rescues a woman trapped in a wheelchair who was trapped in a lake

Kelly Roundtree was inside of his home on Tuesday August 1 near Stansbury Lake Utah when he heard a woman who is paralyzed riding on a wheelchair that fell into the lake after her wheelchair went into the lake which is located near Kelly's home. Kelly after he heard the cries for help from the accident victim who was Lisa Kingston could not get out of her wheelchair when she was in the lake with her head above the water. Kelly called 911 to ask the authorities for help when Kelly went to the lake to rescue Lisa who could have drowned in the lake had Kelly not been there to save her. Lisa was taking in the sun in her backyard when her wheelchair started to roll down the hill and fall into the lake. After Kelly was able to unbuckle the wheelchair and save Lisa from drowning, the first responders came to take care of Lisa. North Toole Fire District public information officer John Smith and Lisa call Kelly a hero for his actions. Kelly being modest just simply said he was just his job saving the life of Lisa. So glad he was nearby when she needed help. That would be my greatest fear. I cannot swim anymore. The water terrifies me.

Thankful that Kelly was there to help Lisa in her time of need. I wonder if she forget to put her brake on her wheelchair and that is why it rolled?

Lisa probably panicked when her wheelchair rolled down the hill and she could not use the brakes.

Glad he was there to rescue her I just wonder how in the world did she get into the lake in the first place. Did that chair have not breaks?

I think that the wheelchair had brakes but they were probably broken.
