Summers Almost Over..

Crazy how fast time flies! I feel like just yesterday I was opening up my pool for the summer and in about 3 more weeks it’ll be time to close it back up. I did make the best of this summer and bought a new flat top black stone grill which I love cooking on.
Kids will be back to school in less than 20 days, so after Labor Day weekend I’m be wrapping il up the yard and prepping for fall.
What’s your favorite time of the year?

In America, the best time is spring and summer. Back in my country, I would say winters. But american winters are no joke. Yes, in 3 more weeks summer will be officailly over and my fall semester will start. And then the usual life of students in the college.

I like Spring and Fall, and yeah the winters here are n joke but last years winter we didn't even get any snow

@BACONSTRIPSXXX For real! That is nice, we had a severe snowstorm on my first winter here. It dipped negative 13 to the lowest just during christmas. I was very sad.

Time really has been flying by. I like summer when it stays light so much longer but not all the heat and humidity.
My son in law got one of those black stone grills for Father's Day and it's pretty awesome.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Yikes that's quite a jump on your bill. My a/c has been running non-stop this summer.

@Marilynda1225 Yeah mine too between that and the pool's pump but I cant complain once this month is over it will go back down to 180-200

Yeah the heat this summer was unbearable, my light bill went from $180 to $473, luckily we only get about 3 months of heat then it cools off

Sadly we heva to freeze for abotu 6 months to then get decent weather
