What's done is done, and what is not done, I have an appointment for.
Here's the list of "done": Claims adjuster, tarp on roof, money in bank for insurance claim, form filled out by my employer for grant application, face to face fill in about my bus duties, covid booster (6 things accomplished)
I did not get my license renewed. Who knew you had to have an appointment? I now have an appointment. It is a few days away.
We stopped at the local grocery. Got a couple of things hubby wanted and got two desserts for my birthday. I could not decide which one.
Lunch at home was dessert with coffee. Strawberry cheese cake AND orange crush bundt cake.
I have finished my online things, except for coming back here off and on.
Now, I need a nap.

We don't have to make an appointment to get a drivers' license renewed or to get Pretty's state ID renewed. I hope that isn't something we'll have to worry about any time soon.
We have appointments to get the newest Covid Booster for late this month. Since the flu shots are now mRNA, too, I agreed to get one of those at that same time.

I think the appointments started during Covid. I got my booster and it made my shoulder sore. I do not think that has happened before. I just read that if you get all of your shots in the same arm all the time you have a stronger immune response. Not sure I believe it, but I tend to do it.

@DaddyEvil For some reason I get mine all in my left. I very seldom have any reaction to any of the shots, although my second pneumonia shot caused my upper arm to swell a lot for a few days. Yes, that was the studies I had just recently read about.

@GardenGerty I always get sick for two to three days after getting an mRNA shot and I always get them in my right arm.
Studies show that the lymph nodes do react quicker if you get the shots all in the same arm.
