A hiker in the Smokies is rescued by the Tennessee National Guard

Thanks to the teamwork of the Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) an the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) who were either altered by the hiker himself or a relative of the hiker who contacted the authorities of the missing person who suffered a severe illness even though what the illness was not released to the public by the authorities. The hiker who was not released to the public was hiking in a remote area in the Smoky Mountains National Park about one mile and a half from Clingmans Dome when a search team the flight crew that left McGhee-Tyson Air National Base was able to find the hiker. The members of the helicopter crew as well as park rangers were able to take the hiker by helicopter to the University of Tennessee Medical Center to be treated for his medical condition. I have been hearing too many stories about people getting lost or going missing during hiking. I am glad I am over that yearning to hike. I liked it much more when I was younger.

I used to go hiking in the hills in the interior section of Panama which was the way to go visit my late grandmother's home in the hills is history now since I now live in Louisiana.
