Damaged Bookcase

We ordered a set of office tables for our home office. The set included two L-shaped desks, one for me and one for my husband, as well as a bookcase with sliding glass and wood paneled doors. It's like a hutch and a bookcase had a child. They delivered it last Saturday, and we were so excited because we have lots of books and other office supplies that we're ready to house in that bookcase. However, one of the delivery guys told us that one of the sliding door is damaged - a piece that makes it roll smoothly on the track came off during transport. Since this is part of a set and customized, they are not allowed to repair it right there and then. At least that's what he said. He told us to call our representative and they should be able to send someone to fix it for free. My husband wasn't happy and decided to go into the showroom to show the salesman the piece that got broken. They told him that they will send someone to fix it by middle of this week.
