Oh, What a Beautiful Morning

It was only 52F degrees this morning when I took the dogs out. It felt glorious. Sophie was in a playful mood and even Ace seemed energized by the cooler air. We stayed outside longer than we normally do. Usually, the dogs are in a hurry to do their business and come in for breakfast. The rest of today will be busy doing work around the house and running errands. What is going on with y'all this Saturday?

It's 62F in my part of Missouri and cloudy outside. It's 6:24 am with a possibility of rain today, tonight and tomorrow. I'll be going to sleep in a little while. I've already washed the dirty dishes Pretty used during the night. Have a good day.

We have rain in our forecast for tomorrow. Today, I get to break out the ladder and hose so that I can try and clear the leaves and twigs off the sunroom roof.

@DWDavis We waited too many years. Now I told to my husband that it's silly to pay a rent for stuff we did not need during the past 14 years. We started one month ago to throw.

This morning, I took Sadie to be groomed, and then went to the post office, and grocery store. I think Sadie and I are appreciating this cooler weather more than we ever thought possible.

I do wish I was at the coast and could walk along the beach this morning. I do have a week of camping at the coast scheduled for early October and will be staying in a cottage down there for three nights next week.
