These squares (hopefully pictured) are biodegradable dish cloths. All you have to do is wet them slightly, and they go from being stiff squares to effective dish cloths. You can put them in the washing machine, then you just lay them flat, and within 30 minutes they are dry again. I love that you can compost them, even though they are strong as a regular cloth, if not more so.
What have you seen recently that pleased you by how it is helping the environment in some way? Are you looking for a particular product to do a certain thing?

Yes those are awesome. I have some. I had been using them for years Amber. They save a lot on paper towels.
They last me about a year a pack of 6 of those.
I guess that is the one I would say for me too. It is definitely a good way to help the enviro.

@RebeccasFarm It was that Amazon vine thing, Oshy. I just have to make sure I don’t accept enough for them to count it as income. Can you imagine getting taxed for dish cloths and toilet brushes?!

I'm searching for a good stainless steel cleaner that works on hard water. We have a water softener, but still have mineral deposits.

@AmbiePam I just discovered that my home made liquid cleaner for laminate floors also works beautifully on my black range top. I'll post the ingredients soon.

I keep a roll of paper towels too, in case something is too extensive to throw in the washer. I’ve just been able to cut way down on them. I got these for free though. The ones I saw at the Dollar Tree though, aren’t like these. These cloths don’t grow at all. I bought the growing ones at Dollar Tree for my niece and nephew, and they loved them. Those suckers really do grow! But those weren’t biodegradable; at least not the ones at my Dollar Tree.

Those sound and look cool. I bought some Mrs. Meyers Cleaners awhile back and they seem like good products, and smell good too.

All this sounds like a great thing for Environmental causes.
I like that we are having products like bio degradable Garbage bags, Biodegradable wooden spoons instead of plastic ones.
We even have disposable environmental friendly plates as well.

The squares sound really cool. I haven't seen anything eco-friendly that stood out recently. Have a good week.
