Amber @NJChicaa If you thought it made a difference in such a short amount of time, it’s good info. It also makes me wish I could stand outside that long. Maybe I wouldn’t need the lamp, and I also wouldn’t be so pale.

Amber While I think it is a fantastic idea, I couldn’t do it. I simply don’t have enough food in my fridge or pantry. My dad and stepmom probably could because they buy in bulk, but I don’t know that I have enough for a week, let alone a month.
