I had a disturbance last night

Good morning mylotters. It is 16C and cloudy in my little corner of England. I eventually slept well but had a disturbance Hubby went to a bowls meeting. As he left the carer came in. She kept getting personal calls on her mobile. I was desperate to sleep. I asked her to switch the lights out and close my door. She rushed out in a hurry, leaving the door open and the lights on. I did sleep but awoke to bright ;lights and the noisy radio. I had a humdinger of a headache. Hubby made me a cup of tea and gave me some pain killers. Finally I slept

I am so sorry. I cannot sleep if I see the light and I would be furious to have people at home making noise.

Last night we think a cat was outside and our cats were going crazy. I could hardly sleep. I did finally go to sleep and then had crazy dreams.
