Yesterday I was a wreck

It really has been a mental "ick" week
With the mental ick, you also deal with sleepiness!
But what was the major thing was what happened yesterday.
Around 5am, there was this loud vehicle and I saw a bright red light coming through my window. I was in the middle of streaming and I was like "bruh, it is 5am, leave me alone, I'm streaming."
After I ended stream, my mom came in, all tired and stuff because she was woken up by this loud vehicle, apparently it was people who were going to be working on my neighbor's wall.
This neighbor lives behind us, my grandma lives next to us. They have to use my grandma's backyard to get to the wall to tear it down and build a new one. So they backed into the backyard and 5 AM, FIVE AM, BEFORE DAWN
I understand, needing to work before it gets too hot, however, it is not like 110 anymore. I get that 100, or like high 90s can be unpleasant, but it wasn't even that hot yesterday. I think it was like 94. Which...I get it....not great, but at least start work at like 7am, so you don't wake up a nearly 80 year old woman and the rest of the neighborhood!!!
I typically go to bed around 7am, so I had to deal with the house of wall building and also REALLY LOUD MUSIC until around 2pm. I woke up at noon, I was so exhausted. Like, I was so tired that I felt sick, because I did not get any rest at all due to the noise and also dealing with mental ick.
So, after the people finished the wall and cleaned up, I took a nap nap.
I was a little worried, I wouldn't be that great for stream, considering I was really mentally big oof, but I made all the way through. Actually finishing 2 drawings. It was a good time and I even got like a really really sweet comment. So ahhhh
Today is a lot better though, I slept in a little bit, and now ready to start the work day! Wooh!

I had a rough day yesterday myself by having to walk home from my doctors appointment which was two miles after my ride home could not come to the clinic because the phone lines from the clinic were damaged..

@RebeccasFarm I have no idea why the ability to call from the clinic outside was not working at all.

No matter what time workmen start a project, they still have to follow local laws about noise. They aren't supposed to play loud music until after 7 am... I would have called the police on them for disturbing the peace.
I'm glad you managed to get through your stream and got a nap in. I'm sure you needed it.
