The Host Harish Bali of the YT channel : Visa2Explore takes us on a trip to Leh in Ladakh. Leh/Ladakh are places with average elevation more than 4900 / 5000 M above sea level. So it is advised to reach there and take two days rest to acclimatise. One needs to do so to get used to lower oxygen levels at this height. We get to see Leh Palace, Phyang Gompa, Namza Dining and Sindhu Ghat(River side of the Indus river, called as Sindhu in Hindi and Sanskrit and from which came the names Hindos and India). Great places to explore for rich history, culture and unique local food. Some names could sound fancy but then there is so much in the world to be explored. Check out this video link :

In Nepal, Vince found higher elevations made him breathless but some of his group pushed on further and became ill because of the low oxygen levels.
