Restful Sunday

We had hoped to go to a friend's church this morning, but this hip pain is really bad at times and stops me in my tracks. Hoping the Prednisone will help soon.
I was able to cook dinner, the pain comes and goes, and I really really want to try a new recipe for pecan cookies, but it won't happen tonight.

I am so sorry Vicki..I can have compassion..it is no fun that hip pain..it sure does stop you i know.
Oo pecan cookies..yes make some another time..rest tonight if you can.
I sure hope that prednisone helps too.
I told you I been taking Osteo Biflex but it aint gone the pain.

@1creekgirl I am not sure if it is that or if it is that I am just plain not as active because of the pain, I mean limiting what I do..well I am estimating it has some Vicki.

@RebeccasFarm I pray you can feel some relief. Do you know what caused it? I have no idea about mine, the xray was negative.

I have an appointment tomorrow with my PCP. Xray showed bones okay, but I need to know what's causing it.
This is a new recipe, hope to make it soon.

Thanks, I was just disappointed we couldn't go to church. But we love watching Scott Grimm at Lamb's Chapel in Haw River, NC.

I do use Voltaren gell and Aleve, but not sure how much they help.
