Hey everyone, how are you all doing? Good hopefully. It's been a miserable weekend here. Eli and I have both been sick with a cold, or something of the sort. Lots of coughing going on. I felt better today, but still coughing a ton. Eli is improving, but still coughing quite a bit as well. What did I eat this weekend? I haven't been very hungry this weekend...not sure if that is cause I took my Mounjaro on Friday or just from being sick. Saturday meals: Breakfast - Cinnamon roll flavored toaster strudel. Lunch - Chicken strips (2) and some fries Snack - chocolate cupcake Sunday meals: Breakfast - 1/3 of a all american sub from Walmart Lunch - Burger with some fries Snack/dessert - donut with fluff filling (marshmallow cream) Had a piece of candy sometime before lunch too, but a snack size serving not a big bar. Usually I would have a snack at this time, after taking my meds but don't even feel like it tonight. So hopefully the scale will be down after this weekend. Hopefully you all had a better weekend and weren't sick.

@MommyOfEli2013 Sometimes an extra pillow helps, or hot tea. I hate to cough all night.

@MarieCoyle I always have an extra pillow, can't sleep with just one. Tried hot tea but it didn't help me.

I am sorry to hear about your weekend going miserable. Drinking hot water & taking good rest will be good in times when cold affected The menu sounds delicious. I was also felt unwell this weekend. But I am doing good now . Take care.

Isn’t it always that the mama gets as sick as the kiddo? I’m sorry you both are still ill. Eventually, all the coughing really starts to get to a person, and I know it must be a big pain.

Well the last time my son got sick I was lucky and didn't get even a cough from it. But this time I got it really bad. Tried to sleep tonight but couldn't. Going to be a long day
