Today's trip to the little Tesco.

So, I've just been to the little Tesco again. Mum thought it would be a bit cold out, so I wore my fleece. But as I was walking up the street, I realised I was going to be very hot in it! Near the end of tue street, and across the road from me, a truck was offloading roof tiles, and blocking the path I wanted to walk on. So I had to walk further down on my side of the road before I crossed over further down from where the truck was. Then I went to the post box to post my letter to Paul telling him how I'm getting on with my art. As I was walking down the road towards the shop I was getting really hot in my fleece, but I couldn't be bothered stopping and taking it off in the middle of the street. I got the TV magazines as usual, and a bounty bar for my step-dad. Then my Mum wanted a packet of 6 small cakes, so I got Viennese Whirls. Then I got some KitKats and salt and vinegar flavoured pringles. I got 3 bananas, and a net of lemons. I got the lemons because I'm going to be having my fish tomorrow night instead of Thursday and I need a lemon to go with that. And because we're going to the big Tesco on Thursday instead of Wednesday, it will be too late on Thursday to get a lemon for Wednesday's dinner! Did you get that? Also, they don't have single lemons in the little Tesco, so I had to get a net of them. I then got some blueberries for me, and some green grapes. I couldn't get any strawberries, so I got raspberries instead. Then I got some egg custard tarts for my Mum and step-dad, and I got myself a prawn layered salad for Wednesday's lunch. Then I got 2 bottles of milk and then I went to pay. It came to just over £23. It was a different lady who served me, and she asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said no, so she didn't give it to me! Then I set off for home. It was a bit cooler on the way home, but it was still hot. The truck had gone so I was able to cross over where I usually do. The guys who were fitting the roof tiles had very strong Birmingham accents and potty mouths! They were f'ing and blinding all over the place! The house directly opposite, I found out when I crossed the road, was also having their roof done, and all the tiles were off the roof. I couldn't wait to get home and take my fleece off! Then I went to the toilet, because I was bursting, After that I gave my Mum her change, Tesco club card and voucher, and her shopping list. I told her I couldn't get any strawberries, so I got raspberries instead. I unpacked the groceries and put them away, and now I'm watching Homes Under the Hammer again!
