So, I've already told you in my previous post that I was painting a kitty cat today. After I wrote that post, I got ready to go to the big Tesco. It looked like it was going to threaten rain, so I wore my mac with the hood on. We set off, and it was spotting slightly. We got to the shop, and I put the recycle in the recycle receptacle as usual, then we went up on the lift. I went to look for a magazine. I got 2 magazines, an Artists and Illustrators magazine, and a card making magazine with a Christmas card making die cut pad. Then we got some flowers, but we could only find one bunch of flowers like the ones we usually get, and it was a larger £4 bunch, so we decided to buy that, and split it between the two vases. The flowers that we had at home would be sorted, and the ones that were going would be chucked, while the ones that were still OK would be arranged in the two vases with the old flowers. After we'd got the flowers I got some Love, Corn, then I got 2 bottles of water. I managed to get the first one down without having to use my walking stick, but the second one was further back, so I got my walking stick and started to hook the bottle of water with it. But then a lady came along and said, Do you want me to reach that for you? So she got it down for me. I said Thank you very much. Her Mum was standing behind me and she said, It's useful having a tall daughter! Then I looked for some prawn layered salads, but I could only find one, so I got that and a mushroom salad bowl thing aswell which has a sauce sachet in it, I could see it through the lid. Then we went to get some vitamins for my Mum, and I got some MenoHerb tablets that are for symptoms of the menopause, or the peri-menopause. Then I got some pads for my Mum and then we went to the fruit and veg section. I got some spring onions and rocket lettuce. I didn't need a lemon because I've still got one at home. I didn't need blueberries either because my Mum got some when she went to the little Tesco yesterday (Wednesday) when she went to get some stuff. My Mum got some bananas and easy peelers. Then I went to get my yoghurts. At first I didn't think they'd got them in, but then I realised they'd changed the design of the packaging! They've still got four in, but now they're tall and lean instead of short and fat! And now they're all joined at the top and you have to bend them in the middle and break them.apart, whereas before they were separate and not joined! I got my Mum 3 bottles of milk today because they seem to be using a lot! Then my Mum got some puddings for my Mum and step-dad for Sunday. I got some sliced red Leicester cheese, and then we went to the vegan and ready meals isle. I got some tofu and scrambled tofu, and a creamy mushroom slice for Saturday. The chick'n'less bites were still out of stock so I had to find something similar instead again. I got a mini Vegan quiche, a vegan sweet and sour fake chicken thing with rice and a chicken and bacon style tortellini for Sunday. My Mum got her own ready meals. Then I got some olive oil (for me) and some branston pickle (for my step-dad.) I got some tamari soy sauce for me, but at first I didn't think they had it. But then I saw it on the top shelf and I said, why did they put it up there? Then we got a small tin of salmon and a can of soup for my step-dad. It's that one with the long unpronounceable name that is something like scotch broth I think! I then got some sliced buns and then we got some cake. Then Mum got some sugar and we went to get some crisps. I got a tube of pringles and Mum got a multipack of crisps. Then I got some ginger nut biscuits for my step-dad and some Matcha green tea T-bags for me. Then we went to the frozen section and I got some vegan magnum ice lollies again, and Mum got a few frozen things. She had trouble reaching for a box of four jacket potatoes but she managed in the end! We got some battered cod and I got some salmon parcels with breadcrumbs on to try for Sunday aswell. Then I got some toilet paper, and then we went to pay. It came to just over £140. By now it was 4:25pm, so I quickly swapped my book at the Tesco book swap, and then we went down on the lift. My step-dad was waiting in a mother and child parking space for some reason, and when my Mum asked him why he said, Well, I've got a mother and child haven't I? We went home and when we got home it was chucking it down! I was glad I had the mac on with the hood! We got the shopping into the house quickly and I unpacked it and put it away. My Mum didn't help me again because she was exhausted! After that I had my dinner, which was the prawn layered salad, the not-chicken pieces that I got instead of the chick'n'less bites, one of my mini vegan yoghurts and a packet of seaweed thins. I watched My Dream Home on W with Drew and Jonathon Scott, then I watched Home and Away. I washed up when Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two was on, then I watched Hollyoaks and EastEnders. After that I went to finish my painting. I put the lightest parts on the cat first, then waited for that to dry before putting on darker parts. While I was waiting for it to dry I put the new flowers out and got rid of some of the old ones. After I'd done the darker parts I waited for that to dry and while I was waiting for it to dry I ate one of my vegan magnum ice lollies, and then I rubbed off the masking fluid to reveal white whiskers and parts in the ears. I put a very light pink in the ears, then I did the nose. I then considered him finished. I washed my palette, and then started to put some of the stuff away. But I will clear the rest of the table off tomorrow morning. What have you lot been getting up to? I hope you are all well. Have a great night.

@sharonelton The kitty looked lovely and you painted a very realistic picture. This cat looks a lot like the one of my neighbors. I still have to clean the kitchen, but I washed the dishes already.

Ah, thank you very much. That's very kind of you. I'm glad you think so. Loved who, sorry? Ah, yes! I've sorted everything out now, put everything away and put Mum's tablecloth and things back. I did that this morning when I got up.

@LadyDuck Oh, thank you very much. I'm glad you think so. Does it? That's nice to know. It wasn't my cat. I got the picture off the copyright free pictures site. I hope you can clean the kitchen soon. I haven't washed any dishes yet. I'll wash them after lunch.

Do you like the Scott brothers? They seem to be likeable, and quite smart since they started and sold their first business before they were out of their teen years. Their older brother is very sick though, and that always makes me sad. Your kitty turned out great. Does your mom have your drawing talent, or is it exclusive to just you?

Yes, I do like them. They do a very good job on the houses. I didn't know that about their brother. That is sad. Thank you very much, I'm glad you think so. No, she doesn't! Neither did my Dad, though he was a plasterer. So we don't know where that comes from! Although, they do say that it's not about talent and that anyone can learn to draw and paint.

Your cat looks really good. You've done a great job with it. Can I ask why you sometimes go to the big Tesco and sometimes to the little one? I guess the big one has more products. Is that it?

Ah, thank you very much. I'm glad you think so. Yes, the big one has more products. Wednesday (usually) is our big shop and then Tuesday at the little Tesco and Friday down town (usually) are top up shops.

Thank you very much. I'm glad you like it. The background's not very good, but the cats OK. I hope you enjoyed your writing, and I hope you enjoy your movie. I was just going to watch Official Secrets on DVD but I was less than 15 minutes in and the battery went on my portable DVD player, so now I'm going to have to finish watching it tomorrow night after it's charged.
