I just ate a delicious omelette made with leftovers.

There was a tiny bit of rice and I always have eggs, bunch onions to dice and sliced cheese (so easy to cut up with the kitchen scissors). I made a very good omelette. It even turned up elegant. Sometimes it is just good but when I fold it something happens and I again learn that I´m not a chef. This lunch was very much a vegetarian meal. After my nap I´ll eat either a piece of cake or some ice cream. I want to save room for today´s dinner. Claudia called me telling me that she would come for me at 8:15 pm. Carolina willl be waiting us ay 8:30 pm but the Peruvian restaurant is very near my house. Carolina said that she preferred the Peruvian restaurant as she wasn´t eating red meat thinking about the animals of the planet. I wonder, aren´t fish and sea food animals? But I don´t say that to vegetarians or vegans. My friend Dixie is vegetarian but it has to do more with her body than with any philosophy. I am eating less meat and more veggies now, but it has to do with being old. Decades ago, I started to cut up the corn on the cob, add the salt and butter in the plate and then eat it. It had to do with teeth. I would be happy to be able to eat a lot of corn as I did when I was young. I know exactly what I´ll ask for at the restaurant. I want octopus with bitter olive sauce. And I´ll ask Claudia to give my a spoonfull of ceviche if she asks for that. See you later. I´ll take a nap now.
