Today's breakfast, stewed potatoes with chicken legs, fried pork with green peppers, and blood sausage. A more distinctive snack is blood sausage, which is made from pig intestines. Of course, the pig intestines need to be washed very clean, and then mixed with pig blood and buckwheat flour, with some seasoning inside.

@zhangxueying Having two meals a day sounds good. I think having early dinner is good for health too. Do your parents sleep early at night?

@zhangxueying If they feel fine, that's OK. I don't skip a meal, otherwise I will feel so hungry.

My parents only have breakfast at 9am and dinner at 4pm. They don't have lunch and only have two meals a day.What's more interesting is that their breakfast is also very complicated.

I wouldn't think it was a foul smelling intestines when I ate it, because there was no foul smell at all, and instead it was delicious

@zhangxueying I've eaten intestines before but never blood sausage. The intestines I've eaten were called "chitlins". The intestines could be pork or beef but they were always washed really well, rolled in flour with spices in it and then deep fried. Delicious!

That's a lot for breakfast, for me. Those food sound delicious, though I don't think I would want to try the blood sausage. Do you make the blood sausage yourself?

The one we ate today was bought in the market. When I was a child, my family slaughtered a pig before the Spring Festival. We raised this pig ourselves, and on the day we killed it, we would make some blood sausages
