Thanks to the efforts of the Animal Services officers in Port Macaya Florida who answered a call from a concerned animal lover who saw a puppy who ended in a spillway when the puppy fell down 12 feet into a canal needed to be rescued.
The Port Macaya Animal Services employees did a superb job of rescuing the puppy from suffering a tragic end of his life.
After the puppy was rescued by the Port Macaya Animal Services officials, the puppy was taken to the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast where the puppy will be placed up for adoption after the puppy was determined to be in good condition after he was rescued by the animal services officials.

Glad he was rescued, Now too bad the idiot who probably put the puppy into that situation cannot be found and sent down the same way,

That is what I am thinking that the 12 foot fall did not injure the dog.

Animals can find themselves in really interesting situations. I watched a video earlier today about a cow that was rescued after it was sucked into a sinkhole. I was like WHAT? I am SURE he was quickly made into hamburgers shortly after his rescue. lol
