Have you ever encountered gaslighting, where someone undermines your creative work or makes you doubt your skills? I'd love to hear about your experiences and any solutions you've found to handle such situations.

I have some family members in my husband's side who just Gaslight the health issues that I have. I felt bad and so I stopped discussing anything related to my health with them.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. It's essential to prioritize your well-being and surround yourself with a support system that understands and respects your health concerns. If you ever need to discuss your health or seek support, remember that others genuinely care about you and your well-being. It's okay to set boundaries and prioritize your mental and physical health.

@Manasha I am lucky to have good friends and my family is always there to support me. I don't need these negative people in my life for anything. I can live without them and I have very clearly set up my boundaries with them

I would just ignore others when they do not like what I did.

I do not remember that it happened to me, but I would have ignored those people.

Simply ignore people who pretend you don't have talent at whatever you choose to do.
