Frugal Food: Wendy's Dinner for 2 for $7.44

We happened to have some Door Dash credit from an order we had made a while back using a gift card that was never delivered. So we decided to get Wendy's tonight, since we are still dealing with medical stuff and still dealing with living out of a hotel. Chris got a Large Baconator meal with of course large Dr Pepper and Large fries, and a 4 pc chicken nugget with bbq sauce. I got a Cobb salad with Ranch dressing and blue cheese added and a large drink. The total before anything was $30.45. I used the $18.14 credit that we had on our Door Dash account, and then had a coupon code for $7.00 off. So out of pocket we paid $7.44 for our dinner. Which was pretty impressive if I do say so myself.

Yes definitely very impressive indeed. We don’t get Wendy’s very often but when we do O really enjoy it.

It's expensive. Tonight was the cheapest we have gotten it and it was about $70 for the night. I mean its my health and we gotta do what we gotta do. BUT it's been a week of this nonsense.

We bought a salad from Wendys last week and found it wasn't as good as it used to be. There was cheap bread croutons instead of Parmesan crisps. I don't think I will order a salad from them again.
