are you using home camera

i have difficulty setting up this keekoon home camera. the advanced settings option isn't there. because that's where i can add manually my wifi network. so i can get it connected. one time it did show up. but i did reset my camera. need to set it up again. it's not there for me to set it up.

In the paperwork you got with the camera when you bought it should be a 1-800 number for the factory... Call them and they should be able to walk you through the set-up. Or, return the camera as defective and get a replacement.

its out of warranty now. did have difficulty setting it up also before but after frequent try, the option for advanced settings showed up then I was able to connect. now I need to connect it again manually on my wifi by going to the advanced settings, that advanced settings on the menu of the app isn't showing again.

@DaddyEvil it was working till i had to reset it. it's not the camera problem. it's more like the app problem. keekoon should update their app so I can connect it to my wifi easily. it's Chinese company, i don't know if I cab contact then or if they will reply but I'll try.

@hotsummer If I had trouble with it when I bought it, I would have returned it then and gotten my money back.

it is more an app r problem ather than the camera itself. the company should do something or update that to make it easy or make it possible to set up the camera

Do what DE said to set your camera up. The manufacture will help you set up the camera. Good luck.
