I can't help but be impressed with our military. They are honor bound to risk their liberty and lives so that we who live comfortably won't lose what we have.
What confuses me is why so many confuse veterans day with memorial day. Most veterans I know are alive.
Ok, so the only veteran I know that isn't alive is daddy.

So many of us seem to have a parent that served in the military. It's important to us to remember and honor them.
