An owl rescued by animal rescue league officials in New York

Janine Bendicksen was driving her auto last Tuesday in Suffolk County in New York when she heard a noise coming from the front grille of her auto and a great horned owl was trapped inside the grill of her auto.
Janine then pulled her auto on the side of the road and contacted the authorities for help.
A rescue team from the Strong Island Animal Rescue League answered the call and they were able to get the owl out of the grille safely.
The rescue team members took the injured owl to the Sweetbriar Nature Center where Janine wrapped the owl 's wing, started the owl on pain medication and give the owl heat to comfort the injured owl.
The rescue team members are hoping that the owl will make a full recovery.

Also admirable by the rescue team to get the Owl to safety and get it the treatment required.

I am in agreement with you that both Janine and the rescue team were able to rescue the injured owl and take the animal to be rehabilitated

Thank heavens that owl was found and rescued, I am glad it will be all right, Poor thing must have been so scared, I wonder how it managed to get there,

I am sure that the owl must have fallen into the grill of Janine's auto by accident since the owl made an error while flying in the air.

That's a strange one, hearing a howl from an owl.
I wonder how the owl got in there.
It was good that all ended well, in the end, without the owl running any fowler fouler, to make a worse howler, so to speak.

@Deepizzaguy Yes, It must have fallen, or walked, in there, as with its wings spread, it would be hard to fly in there.
