So...yeah, I was kind a gone for a little bit. I was basically gone from the internet for basically almost 2 weeks. I wasn't even streaming. So on Halloween I had an AMAZING stream, made it over 400 followers on Twitch, like just such a wild time. The next day...I was feeling so ehh I have been dealing with mouth pain for a while, but I was just thinking it was a sinus thingie, but just let it be. But that next day, I was in a lot of pain, I had to cut stream short and then cancel the next day. I went to the urgent care on Friday because I was in SO MUCH PAIN and I learned I have TMJ...cool cool alright. So basicallly I was in an out of doctor's, trying to get some pain medication, referrals, and it is all leading me to getting my wisdom teeth taken out. I am going to an x-ray on the weekend to see how much my insurance will cover which...I doubt nothing because...this nation hates covering dental, so I am going to start doing a donoathon with streaming. Basically people can donate, subscribe, all that stuff and there are incentives behind it! Like if you donate an amount then you can get a commission, a postcard, some cute little things like that. Because I don't just like asking for money, I feel yucky and weird, so I want to feel like I have earned it. Art and Streaming are basically my job now, and I don't want to just ask for money without giving something back. So yeah! I'm back to streaming, back to posting, here I am! Hi!

TMJ is painful, my husband suffered of this and a great physiotherapist could help him to get rid of the pain. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out, it's not a big deal.

@DesirousDreamer - - Oh my I hope that therapy works and you do not need botox. Try to relax.

I am going to have physical therapy after I get my wisdom teeth out. If not...botox haha I'm more so nervous that I can't drink anything for 8 hours haha

Glad they figured out what was wrong. In FL you get dental when you get state insurance, but I haven't ever used it. So I don't know what it would cover. Supposedly they are supposed to cover anything life threatnaing, so many teeth extractions a year and a full set of dentures. But I hope you got something to help with the pain.

For my state you get 1K for emergencies, but I don't think wisdom teeth are consider an emergency haha It all just depends on what they consider it after I get my x-ray done.

@DesirousDreamer I don't know did they give you anything at the ER, did they give you antibiotics or pain meds or anything?

I had my wisdom removed a long time ago, and there was no dental insurance involved, so it was expensive. I have TMJ too, so I feel for you. It’s so painful. I wish you great luck with your plan!

it is SO expensive! Ahh! thankfully I found a place that is a little more reasonable, but still really bad haha I never realized how common TMJ was and didn't even know what it was until a few months ago!

I am going to get them out, no matter how much it costs. Payment plans will be my life, but that is okay haha I need them out. I'm so tired of the pain

I've often wondered why taking care of teeth and eyes was somehow separate from other healthcare, as if they are "optional extras"! Good luck with your streaming.

It is so so odd! Your teeth and eyes are so important! If healthcare wasn't horrible enough in a lot of places, your most important things are so expensive to take care of!
