Remember Georgie? And his many lies. He was facing 23 federal charges which included identity theft, money laundering, wire fraud, and lying to Congress.
George Santos is taking a plea deal to testify against Trump so he can get less time or immunity from prosecution. Having been a former member of the Trump administration he knows a lot about the inner workers of that presidency. He is a key figure due to his first-hand knowledge of Trump's past activities.
There are 179 against to 213 for his expulsion votes in the George Santos Ethics Commity vote so far. They need 290 votes to expel him. We will see what happens when Congress reconvenes after the holiday. He has been found guilty in the courts of using campaign funds for his personal needs among other things.
But, the good news is this--George Santos has confirmed that he WILL NOT be running for Congress in 2024.

I hope they can get him thrown off the ballot. It looks rather iffy right now but I am hopeful. If he wins the election this country is in big trouble.

I think he may be using that campaign money to pay his lawyers. A lot of his other assets are going to pay for lawsuits. His wife has gone to court recently to make sure the money that is to go to Barron is safeguarded. She's a smart cookie.

The fact that he was ever even elected is, to me, just amazing. He is repulsive.
