I do think that exercising in any way can help people become as fit as fiddles. Running for 75 minutes a week could extend a person's life by 12 years, according to research from Brigham Young University in the United States. Based on how often they ran, the 4,400 adult study participants were divided into three groups: seldom runners, runners who run for less than 75 minutes per week, and runners who run for at least 75 minutes per week. The biological age range was not specified. As such, I find the results to be non-convincing.
What do you think about the study's findings?
Is it shocking to you that consistent running could prevent aging?

I would bet that their groups were younger to middle aged adults... most older adults stop running because they're afraid of falling down and breaking bones. Running can also wear out knees and hips.

I have heard about these things before but I have a bum knee and painful sciatica so I am not about to go running, I might try walking more in the new year but I do now dwell on these things What the Lord will give me I will take,
