George Santos expects to be expelled from Congress

He said that yesterday on Twitter/X and it is probably the first truthful thing he has said. He has survived 2 previous expulsion attempts but the House Ethics Committee report was recently released and was totally damning so several House representatives are now willing to vote in favor of expulsion.
He looks like he is ready to take everyone down with him. He spoke about Congress members being hypocrites, sleeping with lobbyists, showing up for votes hungover, etc. I guess at this point he really doesn't have anything left to lose. Get the popcorn!

We all know the congressmen are doing that stuff. I grew up with Ted Kennedy’s scandal, and he kept getting re-elected. Then there was Gerry Studds and the congressional pages (which led to that classic joke, “Congressmen can’t get library cards because they keep bending over their pages” 
). Santos needs to get a clue.
Plus, like you said, he has such a reputation for lying that you wouldn’t believe him if he told you it was Saturday unless you checked your phone or a calendar…so who’s going to believe any mud he tries to sling?

He should never have been elected. I don't think he ever told the truth in his entire life.
