28 November - What I'm Thankful for Today

Okay, welcome to my world on this twenty-eighth day of November, 2023, where the temperature is 22 F according to my computer. Yes, it's cold out there, but in the sun, it feels nice.
I'm thankful for the competency of the nursing staff at the hospital.
I'm thankful for the work I got done on Wilderness Challenge. It's coming along well with the necessary revisions now that I've moved past all previous edits. I'm also positive there will be another edit before the last publishing edit.
I'm thankful for getting all my steps today. It's taking longer to get the steps as I can't walk for too long with my back in a lot of pain.
I'm thankful I have the notifications done for the third time today. It's so good to know what you're doing in your part of the world.
I'm thankful for a nice warm apartment during these cold days.

Do you think you will finish your book by the end of the year?
It is 30 degrees right now at 6:30p. It will probably get down into the teens tonight.

Yes. I'm almost finished with it now. It's one I just can't put down. I'm always drawn back to the computer to work on it. When I finish this edit, I will work on Wilderness Call. I'm about halfway through writing it. I hope I can have it finished so I can publish Wilderness Challenge by June. That's the plan. We all know plans don't always pan out. I plan on publishing Wilderness Challenge next year.
Today it's 20 F at 6 AM. We're getting up to 37 today. Average for this time of year.

A nice place to stay in the cold weather is always welcome.
The Title "Wilderness Challenge" sounds interesting.
The mercury dropped here at a good pace yesterday, partly due to the rains.
22 F sounds quite cold and well, if the sun makes you feel warm, then it is a good bit.
Is the above picture a recent one?
