Today we swam

It was off schedule due to the teacher not being available on Friday. The pool was warm.
I rode the bus in the afternoon because the other person had a doctor's appointment.
By the afternoon the sun was melting everything.
My aches and pains are a bit out of control. It was so nice, Bob had a casserole ready when I got home.
I took a muscle relaxer and plan to go to bed early tonight.
First I want to check up on you guys.

Somehow aches and pains have become a regular part of life.

I'm sorry you're in pain. It seems like that's a way of life when we get older, at least for us that's the case. That was nice of Bob to cook dinner. How is he doing? Have a great day; and I hope you're feeling better.

I am glad you got through the day even through the aches and pains. I hope a good nights rest and the muscle relaxer helped. Sweet of Bob having dinner ready for you when you got home.
