Friday, November 24 - Weight: 205.9. Exercise: Walking - 73 minutes. Foot cycle - 45 minutes. Total calories burned - 724. Calorie budget: 2429. Calories consumed - 1937. Steps - 14,200. Saturday, November 25 - Weight - 205.8. Exercise: Walking - 62 minutes. Foot cycle - 7 minutes. Total calories burned: 261. Calorie budget: 1966. Calories burned: 1200. Steps: 7613. Sunday, November 26 - Weight - 206.4. Exercise: Foot cycle - 30 minutes. Walking - 48 minutes. Total calories burned: 481. Calorie budget: 2186. Calories consumed: 1257. Steps - 7688. Monday, November 27 - Weight - 207.9. Exercise: Bike - 25 minutes. Walking - 46 minutes. Total calories burned: 418. Steps: 6600. Tuesday, November 28 - Weight - 206.8. Exercise: Walking 65 minutes. Total calories burned: 316. Calorie budget: 2021. Calories consumed: 1417. Steps: 6695. Wednesday, November 29 - Weight - 207. Exercise: Bike 25 minutes. Walking 51 minutes. Hopefully, this next week I can lose a couple more pounds. I know my goal has been to be at 200 by Christmas. I'm down 16 pounds since June. I am doing pretty well, and my dad is starting to eat right, which I am very happy about. He lost 10 pounds in four days, and I want to know his secret! He isn’t even starving himself. Guys just lose weight so much easier than women.

@just4him Even when he drinks a gallon of water a day? I figured some of it was that, but don’t get how those things work all the time.

@AmbiePam It's not how much he drinks, but what he eats that retains water. When he started eating healthily, he lost what he retained.

He lost water weight. It's the first thing to go when you start eating healthily. It won't continue like that. I'm glad he's taking care of himself. I'm glad you're doing well.

5 ounces is negligible as is even a pound or two. Our weight can fluctuate from day to day. Just look for the trend of your weight moving down overall.

Doesn't sound too bad, and hope you can get to where you want by Christmas. 16 pounds since June is great work I am not losing weight myself, so my doctor won't be too happy. I will try again in January
